"Products" refers to all goods listed for sale on the Website. "Order" refers to a purchase request placed by the User on the Website.

You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use this Website and place orders. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to modify product listings, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice. All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes including GST. The final payable amount, inclusive of all taxes and charges, will be displayed before checkout. We do not make misleading claims of discounts as per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing (for UPI) or order acknowledgement (for Cash on Delivery). We accept payments via UPI (through MMADPay payment gateway) and Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment information is processed securely and we do not store any card or UPI PIN data on our servers, in compliance with RBI Tokenisation Guidelines.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Estimated delivery timelines are 5-10 business days depending on the delivery location. 6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. For complete details, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Users agree to: provide accurate and complete information during registration and checkout; use the Website only for lawful purposes; not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website; not use the Website to transmit any harmful or illegal content; and not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Nutveda or any third party.

11. Prohibited Products

We do not sell any prohibited or restricted items including drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, lottery tickets, adult content, or tobacco/alcohol products. All products sold on Nutveda are food-grade dry fruits and related products compliant with FSSAI regulations.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Saharsa, Bihar, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.
