Order information: Products purchased, order amounts, payment method chosen (UPI or COD), order status, and delivery details.

Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs, and interaction data through cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics GA4).

We do NOT collect or store: UPI PINs, bank account details, credit/debit card numbers, or any sensitive financial credentials. All payment processing is handled by our payment partner (MMADPay) in compliance with RBI Tokenisation Guidelines.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We use your personal data for the following lawful purposes: processing and fulfilling your orders; communicating order updates, shipping notifications, and delivery confirmations; responding to your queries and providing customer support; improving our website experience and product offerings; sending promotional communications (only with your explicit consent); complying with legal obligations and regulatory requirements; and preventing fraud and ensuring platform security.

3. Consent

By using our Website and placing orders, you provide your explicit consent for the collection and processing of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy, in accordance with Section 6 of the DPDP Act, 2023. 4. Data Storage & Retention

Your personal data is stored on secure servers hosted by Hostinger, with industry-standard encryption and security measures. We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Order data is retained for a minimum of 8 years for compliance with GST and taxation laws. You may request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements) by contacting our Grievance Officer.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with: payment processors (MMADPay) for order payment processing; shipping and logistics partners for order delivery; analytics services (Google Analytics) for website improvement; and law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law. All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and only for the specified purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures including: HTTPS/SSL encryption for all data transmission; secure server infrastructure with access controls; no storage of sensitive payment credentials (card data, UPI PINs); regular security assessments; and restricted employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

7. Your Rights (Under DPDP Act, 2023)

As a Data Principal, you have the following rights: the right to access your personal data; the right to correction and updating of inaccurate data; the right to erasure of personal data (subject to legal retention); the right to withdraw consent; the right to grievance redressal; and the right to nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
