Nutveda (operated by RDK TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED) delivers across India. This policy outlines our shipping charges, delivery timelines, and procedures.
1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are clearly displayed on the cart page and checkout page before you complete your purchase. The total payable amount shown at checkout is the final all-inclusive amount.
2. Delivery Timelines

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched, along with a tracking number (if available). Orders placed after 5 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Pincode Serviceability
We deliver to most pincodes across India. During checkout, you can verify if your pincode is serviceable by entering it in the pincode field. If your area is not currently serviceable, please contact us and we will try to arrange delivery through alternative means.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page using your order number.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse (RTO). For prepaid orders, a refund will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.
7. Damaged / Missing Products
If you receive a damaged package or if any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@nutveda.store with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
