At Nutveda (operated by RDK TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED), we are committed to providing a fair and transparent grievance redressal mechanism in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

2. Grievance Resolution Timeline

Acknowledgement: Within 24 hours of receiving the grievance.
Resolution: We endeavour to resolve all grievances within 48 hours. Complex issues may take up to 15 business days, in which case you will be kept informed of the progress.
Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter by writing to contact@nutveda.store with the subject "Escalation" and your original complaint reference.

To help us resolve your grievance efficiently, please provide: your full name and contact details; order number (if applicable); detailed description of the issue; supporting photographs or documents (if applicable); and your preferred resolution.

4. Consumer Forum

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you retain the right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You may also file a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
