Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nutveda (operated by RDK TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at contact@nutveda.store or calling 8700717299. Full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, refuse delivery and the order will be treated as a return.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or broken during transit
- Product received is defective or of substandard quality
- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery
Non-returnable conditions: Products opened/consumed beyond reasonable inspection; returns requested after 7 days of delivery; products damaged due to mishandling by the customer after delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return: email contact@nutveda.store with your order number, photos of the issue, and reason for return. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours. If approved, we will arrange for pickup or provide return shipping instructions. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

5. Refund Process
For UPI payments, refunds will be credited back to the same UPI ID/bank account used for payment. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the bank account details provided by the customer. Refund confirmation will be sent via email to the registered email address.
6. Partial Refunds
In case of partial order issues (e.g., one item damaged in a multi-item order), a partial refund proportional to the affected item(s) will be processed.
7. Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged, defective), shipping charges for return will be borne by Nutveda. If the return is due to customer's change of mind (where applicable), original shipping charges are non-refundable.
